We are hiring Part-time Warehouse Lead / Drivers with positive attitudes and great work ethic!We are looking for reliable leaders who will be responsible for all inbound, outbound, and transport of customer belongings throughout the Bay Area. This is a swing/night shift position with overnight availability required.Why Clutter?Earn $20 per hour starting payGet paid weekly (including for travel time and training)We provide everything you need to get the job done; no need to use your own truck or phoneWe are strongly committed to the safety of our employees and customers nationwideResponsibilitiesResponsible for the fulfillment of Clutters inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutters warehouse (role is approx. 80% warehouse work and 20% driving)Drive one of our Clutter box trucks (Max Length 26') from our depot in Oakland to our warehouse in Tracy on a nightly basisCoordinate tasks with a team of 2-3 associatesMove, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucksEnsure process is followed by performing frequent quality auditsManage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areasUse our iPhone app for shift clock-ins and dispatchResponsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conductRequirements:2+ years of professional work experienceStandard drivers license (Class C or D)Experience driving box trucks/larger vehiclesAt least 21 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent (any college experience is a plus!)Ability to pass a drug screen and physical exam requiredWeekend and overnight availability requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and energy to move and pack throughout your shiftBasic understanding of iPhone technologyFlexibility concerning hours & shifts to accommodate a cyclical businessExperience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor If you are interested in applying for this position, please click the APPLY NOW button at the top of this post!
