We are an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic and continuous drive to succeed. Work days: Mon-Fri and typically done by 5-6PM. $800-$900/week depending on experience, skills and number of stops you're capable of doing.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: you must meet all of the following requirement in order to apply for this position. No exceptions! Please serious applicants only!
1. VERIFIABLE driving experience in a stepvan or larger truck for 1 year out of the last 3 years, or 5 out of the last 10 years. You need not to have driven all day, but driving must have been part of your job duties. Ability to drive a manual transmission truck is preferred.
2. Valid driver's license, any class.
3. Legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify.
4. Clean driving record. That means no DUI, texting, reckless driving tickets in the past 3 years. Minor traffic tickets and accidents are ok.
5. Clean criminal record. No major misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years.
6. Able to pass the DOT physical including drug testing.
