A very rapidly growing finance company that has multiple brand new projects, is looking for a Lead level Java Engineer to help lead the growing team and eventually step into a Management position. Doing 75% new development on their new scalable customer-facing platform. You will be doing a mixture of architecture, hands-on development, and code reviews/mentorship. The tech stack is Java, Spring Boot, Rest API, Microservices, Oracle, Google Cloud Platform, and MySQL. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional Java experience
• Spring Boot
• Rest API
• Microservices
• MySQL or Oracle
• Experience with architecture/design
• Ability to mentor junior developers

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree
