Robert Half Technology is in URGENT need of a Help Desk Analyst I for a prestigious technology company in Sherman Oaks, CA. The Help Desk Analyst I will be responsible for:
•2-5 years of end user support experience
oStrong remote troubleshooting experience
•Troubleshooting on PC & Mac (Majority Windows)
oWindows 7/10 and OSX
•Experience with the following:
oMicrosoft Office products
oMS Outlook
oActive Directory
oConnectivity issues
oNetwork/routers (basic troubleshooting - remote)
oWi-Fi setup
oZoom
Example: Adding licenses to zoom account
•Reliable day-to-day customer service
