A company located in Encino is currently looking to bring on a Manager of Software Development for a full time role. This role will be 80% management and 20% hands on development and you'll be managing 6-7 people. Their tech stack is C#, ASP.NETCore3, MVC, Rest API, Azure, LINQ, React, SQL. You'll work on a B2B SAAS platform which is used by some of the most popular Fortune 500 companies globally. They're looking for someone with very strong communication skills since you'll have to talk to multiple groups within the company as well as shareholders and someone who likes to help developers grow. You'll also get a lot of visibility in the work you do and have a say on architecture and design decisions.

This role will be 1 day a week in Encino so they do need people who are local to Los Angeles and remote candidates will not be considered for this role. This role also comes with travel to London once every 8-10 weeks for a week and all expenses will be paid for that! This role will pay 100% of your medical and dental benefits along with 5 weeks of paid time off and 401K matching. Required Skills & Experience

• They're open to Lead Engineers or candidates who are already managers
• Must have some sort of mentorship experience and be comfortable managing 6-7 people
• Must have knowledge and be able to code in .NET since they use a Microsoft tech stack
• Must be a strong communicator and have the ability to talk to various business functions within the company
• Strong architecture background
