This temporary-to-full-time Bookkeeper position is based in the Simi Valley, California region.ResponsibilitiesManage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Settle accounts by reconciling entries
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Oversee and manage general ledger
Look after archived records by categorizing documents
Requirements2+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
Adeptness in bank reconciliations
Strong familiarity with Basic Bookkeeping
QuickBooks Pro experience
General familiarity with intuit proseries
Demonstrated knowledge of bi-Monthly Payroll
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Credit Card Reconciliation experience highly desired
Experience using accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
