Position: IT Engineer/Systems Engineer Location: Simi Valley, CA
Integrated Telemanagement Services, Inc. (ITS) currently has an opportunity for an IT Manager/Systems Engineer to join their growing team in Simi Valley, CA. This is a hybrid position with some onsite work in Simi Valley. Candidates must live within a 50 miles radius of Simi Valley.
In this dynamic role the IT Manager/Systems Engineer is responsible for providing client support of all computer hardware, software and peripherals, either directly or through support staff and resources. This position will work closely with other departments, be responsible for electronic correspondence to the client base and maintenance of internal intranet and external internet - either personally or by working with other resources. You will also be responsible for networking tasks, email server, ftp files, data back-ups and other items.
Additionally, this position will work with the Director of Operations by supporting the Managed Services division with the role of Technical Engineer in directing and coordinating local and wide area computer network activities and support for customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 3+ years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, direct managed services work experience is ideal
Microsoft Windows experience including system implementation, management and documentation
Network infrastructure administration of routers, firewalls and switches
Strong written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in a help desk environment
Desired Qualifications:
Azure cloud migration experience
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator/Expert
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Routing and Switching)
