We are a local petroleum service company located in Weed, CA and are looking for a payroll manager, accounts payable person to join our office staff. Applicant must be proficient in quick books, excel and have at least 3 years payroll and office experience. Duties include but are not limited to: payroll and all related aspects of reporting accounts payable, daily bank deposits and bank reconciliations, sales tax payments, health insurance enrollments and terminations, processing of annual trucking forms, balance of credit card statements, retirement plan enrollments, AFLAC enrollment and payments plus receptionist duties. Opening mail and answering phones.
Working knowledge of office equipment which includes computers, calculators, scanning and copiers.
Basic mathematics skills required
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality
We are a busy office and applicant will be interrupted and must be able to prioritize duties.
