Front Desk Assistant:

We ae looking for a Front Office Agent, who will be responsible for always maintaining and promoting hospitality, providing personalized service to guests upon arrival, during their stay and upon departure. The Front Office Agent will perform all Front Office functions, (inclusive of answering all incoming calls and transferring call as appropriate), serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone and assisting guests in other areas when needed. The Front Office Agent will promote hotel services and anticipate guest needs to promote higher guest satisfaction.

As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate great computer competency skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service-oriented demeanor.

Housekeeping Staff:

Candidate should be able to perform cleaning, making beds, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas as well as being able to complete tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, high dusting, polishing furniture and equipment, Washing windows, walls, ceilings, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, halls and woodwork, restroom cleaning etc. No experience needed.

Maintenance Technician:

We are looking for a Maintenance Associate. This team member will be a well-rounded, jack-of-all trades type who will help our brand-new hotel looking shiny and new for as long as possible. They maintain the general upkeep of property grounds.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs and assembling bed frames, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, replacing light fixtures, and inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
