The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in McKinleyville is seeking part-time Front Desk (Guest Service) Agents. The candidates will be responsible for ensuring complete guest satisfaction from the moment the guest arrives until their departure. This position welcomes guests at check in, handles check outs, provides concierge services, answers phones and takes reservations. The candidate should be capable of providing effective communication to guests as well as fellow team members. Applicants must be willing to deliver superior customer service and an ability to multi task. A pleasant personality and the skill to deal with a wide variety of people is essential. Applicants must also have a clean and valid DRIVERS LICENSE as you also drive the hotel shuttle to and from the Airport. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. This is a part-time position, shift range from 7am - 11:30pm, It would be helpful if applicant would be available to learn to work the Breakfast Attendant position for weekends and relief, 6am - 12pm.
