Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cook to work Tue-Sat 3:30-9:30pm.
Duties Include:
Set up and stocking work stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare for food service with all prep.
Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
Answer and report to ownres with cinsistant communication.
Clean up stations and take care of left-over foods.
Stock and track inventory directly related to tasks (ie. meat, cheese).
Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and a timely fashion.
Comply with nutrition and Sanitization regulations.
Maintain a clean work space.
Have a positive and professional approach with coworkers & customers.
Requirements:
Proven cooking experience as a line cook or restaurant cook.
Understanding of various cooking methods, equipment and procedures.
Familiar with industries best practices.
Capable of tracking when equipment needs to be cleaned or maintained.
MUST be reliable and punctual!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
