JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Café’s recipes, portioning, and waste control guidelines.
Must be able to consistently maintain our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen with high volume output
High energy and a positive attitude is a must.
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds
Able to work with hands continuously: chop, stir, scrape, scrub.
Able to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years’ experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
Have or obtain a “Food-Handlers Certificate”
