Belcampo is seeking a maintenance manager to manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the facility, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, CNC machines, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance. The position supervises and coordinates the work of Compadres (employees) who repair and maintain facility, equipment and machinery.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Are naturally kind and maintain an optimistic demeanor with a personal commitment and passion for delivering the highest level of service - we are customer centric and make people happy.
Three to five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance role, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional maintenance staff.
Ability to effectively problem solve.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
WHAT YOU'LL MOSTLY DO:
Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work product for a team of three direct reports; coaches, counsels and manages performance of direct reports
Maintains facility and equipment to meet regulatory guidelines including USDA, FDA, and OSHA.
Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of machines and tools including food equipment, HVAC, Bobcat compact tractor, and other equipment utilized throughout the facility.
Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
Assists with preparing maintenance related budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
YOU'LL LIKELY DO SOME OF THIS:
Sit, stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch frequently.
Lift 50 lbs. frequently - lift 75 lbs. occasionally.
