We are looking for an Assisted Executive Director to be the key leader in managing the daily operations of our Senior Living and Assisted Living community. As the Assistant Executive Director, you are responsible to oversee staff members who provide quality services and support to our residents. Responsibilities for this position include communicating with residents and family members regarding services and billings, managing compliance with national government regulations such as OSHA compliance, Workers Compensation Claim Management, Hiring and Training of New Employees, Compliance with state long term care requirements, employee retention, and resident satisfactions.
Daily responsibilities will include, scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, performance improvement, occupancy, and surpassing financial goals through smart and creative budget management.
This is a fast-paced position, where time management and adaptability are the best assets a candidate can have.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate a passionate commitment to working with seniors and their families, to provide residents with a beautiful, safe home in their retirement. As the Assistant Executive Director, you help to create aware, inviting environment for our residents and team members. Your resume should demonstrate past experience working and managing in an assisted living or memory care community, or the hospitality industry. Progressive experience with basic accounting practices, such as accounts receivable & payable, and a general understanding of managing budgets. We are also looking for someone who understands State Regulatory compliance; ensuring that the community is always “Survey Ready.”
