Seeking additional support for a mostly non-verbal man with paralysis.
First and foremost, the position is for:
- Breakfast-lunch-dinner meal drop-ins
- Help dressing
- Light house duty
can be as easy and quick as popping a TV dinner with in the microwave, and some help with dressing/undressing (part-time), or you can acquire more hours (up to 40/week, full-time) to make more money by grocery shopping and/or cooking meals, or doing more chores around the house :)
The work is through IHSS, with generous benefit$. You'd be splitting the week with another caregiver who is already on the job.
Must be able to work Fri-Sun
Must live in Arcata
Please be stable and reliable. We're looking for someone who can commit to the job for a reasonable period of time, so we don't have to keep finding new people :)
