Job Purpose
The Sanitation employee shall perform various duties and undertake various responsibilities consistent with Belcampo values. Sanitation will be responsible for daily sanitation of the harvest and processing floors, as well as the Charcuterie, which includes all tools and equipment. Weekly sanitation of coolers, storage rooms and offices will also be required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Daily sanitation of all rooms, including equipment and tools.
Sanitation of the main offices, break room and locker room as needed.
Sanitation of the coolers, storage rooms, livestock pens, and equipment as needed.
Complete the sanitation check-off list on a daily basis
Contributes to team effort by going above and beyond duties described here
Minimum Qualifications
- No experience required, previous sanitation experience a plus
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Valid driver license required
- Must pass drug screening and background check
Physical Requirements
- This positions requires an employee who can work standing for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Lift approximately 50+ pounds
- The main location for this position is at the Belcampo Butchery in Yreka, California
