We are a C-27 Northern California, Landscaping Contractor that provides a wide variety of services throughout Shasta and Tehama County. Our services include Landscape Maintenance, Design, Development, Consultation and Arboriculture. We are currently looking for a full-time “Team Member” for our Landscape Maintenance department. This opportunity offers training and development in a vast range of technical skills associated with Horticulture, Aquaculture, Irrigation systems and Controls in conjunction with the aesthetic and functional maintenance and repair of commercial and residential properties that have been architecturally and/or horticulturally improved.
At Lawn Care Perfection we have a passion for what we consider to be the fine art and craft of Landscaping. We believe that the highly sought-after skill of Landscape Maintenance and Management, is in need throughout our country today and will continue to be in need for many years to come, and we would love to share what we know with the right individual.
While there is no experience necessary to apply for this entry level position, please keep in mind that we will be hiring the best candidate available. If you do have previous Landscaping experience and are looking for an opportunity to use that experience to its fullest, please make sure that you supply proof of that experience when applying as this may lead to additional opportunities with us at a higher rate of compensation.
Landscape Maintenance “Team Member” Duties include:
1. Understanding and following all necessary safety requirements associated with job duties and surroundings.
2. Appropriately assist with maintenance tasks and equipment, in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Be prepared daily to actively listen and learn new tasks that you will soon master.
4. Learn to develop an eye for perfection!
Compensation:
-“No Experience” Starting wage $15.50 per hour (employee reviews are done quarterly for the first year with opportunities for wage increases after each review).
-Paid Holidays
-Paid Sick Days
-3% Matching (IRA) Individual Retirement Account, after first 6 months of employment.
-1 Week Vacation Accrued, after first year of employment.
-2 Weeks’ Vacation Accrued, each additional year of employment.
