Southern Oregon Goodwill is looking for a full time Employment Specialist to assist in our Yreka location!
Since 1902 Goodwill Industries has helped those with barriers to employment find the support and training needed to find meaningful work. We seek a dynamic individual with strong, documented experience that focuses on workforce development, case management and assessment in a social services setting.
We require:
Bachelor's Degree in human services field plus two years recent related experience, or Associate Degree and four years recent related experience.
First-rate oral, written and presentation skills. Knowledge of disability awareness, employment and training services and community resources highly desirable. Exceptional skills needed in teamwork and human relations. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, deductive reasoning and leadership skills. Knowledge of basic word processing software.
Ability to operate office equipment, including computer, telephone, fax and copy machine.
Valid Driver License, clean driving record, car insurance and reliable automobile required.
