Looking to hire an experienced manager for a small (50 units or less) affordable apartment complex
Qualified Candidate must be committed to providing above average results daily and possess the following:
Experience with HUD/Tax Credit properties and able to adhere to the specific government guidelines.
Supervising of maintenance staff
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Proficient with Property Management Software RealPage OneSite.
Heavy paperwork and use of computer for most tasks.
Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (50 units or more) preferred.
Positive and professional attitude.
Good communication and written skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and able to multi task
Able to provide excellent customer service while providing the highest standards for resident service.
Duties include:
Collecting Rents
Making deposits
Showing units
Conducting unit inspections
Managing waiting lists
Handling maintenance requests
Supervising maintenance staff
Filling vacant units in a timely manner
Handling tenant notices
Weekly and Monthly reports
Tenant file updates and compliance
