Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our solar and roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating with clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee roofing and solar installation projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout each project.
Review contracts, permits, and compliance documents to ensure all requirements are met.
Track budgets, materials, and project progress using project management tools/software.
Report regularly to Operations Manager on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within roofing, solar, construction, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and safety requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Buildertrend, or similar a plus).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Familiarity with solar design and utility interconnection processes.

Pay: $36-$40/hr - $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
