We are growing and excited to bring on a new team member.
The position is part time and remote up 25-30 hrs/week, 9-3, with flexibility.
Main responsibilities:
Chat or Zoom support for customers
Updating Support articles and documentation
Client support during onboarding, helping answer questions and managing getting setup
Prioritizing and communicating to engineering and or manager
Social media - researching, writing, posting
Attend Winery Tradeshows, post-Covid (3-4 shows a year, in Paso Robles, Napa)
What we’re looking for:
You have the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment, ready to switch focus when needed to support our small team.
You're tech savvy, an ‘early adapter’… and you’re patient with those who are not (You can help your mom on Facebook).
You're described by others as a 'people-person’.
You have IMPECCABLE written, communication and social skills.
You enjoy wine, and can tell the difference between a cab and a pinot but okay maybe you’re not a sommelier. Maybe you've worked at a winery or with other wine software. Comfortable talking to winery owners or managers.
You've had experience supporting customers.
You’re dependable, trustworthy, and have people who will gladly vouch for your integrity.
You have strong, reliable, secure WiFi.
You're mostly available throughout the day and can hop on an online call, without a ton of distractions.
Compensation:
Hourly, based on experience
Commission for sales you bring in
25-30 hours a week, daytime, occasional weekends for tradeshows.
