Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a professional manner.
Place customer orders, respond to product inquiries and order status inquiries.
Recognize opportunities and take the initiative to sell additional complimentary merchandise.
Offer solutions and find alternatives to back ordered or discontinued merchandise.
Exercise good judgment and base decisions on the needs of the customer and the needs of the business.
Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
Change and repair ATV and Motorcycle tires.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. (thc included)
Flexibility to work various schedules such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Ability to accurately handle money.
Effective and clear communication skills
Minimum education level of high school graduate or GED equivalent
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
Regularly lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
Work with cleaning solvents, chemicals, and gasoline.
Must be able to safely ride and operate ATV's and UTV's in an off-road environment.
Ability to safely tow a trailer is a plus, but not required. We can train.
