Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their very busy office.
Position is full-time, M-F, 8AM-5PM.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
Job Duties will include:
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner both on the phone and in-person
- Processing and charging sales and orders
- Scheduling and billing
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Must be a friendly team player that works well under pressure
- Valid CA Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a drug screen & background check
