Nautilus Puzzles is an established online specialty retailer serving consumers across the USA via our website and on Amazon. We offer a large selection of wooden jigsaw puzzles for adults and exceptional service to our many loyal customers.

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work autonomously and without a lot of supervision to cover one shift a week. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and comfortable with fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately. We are looking for a hard working person who takes great pride in their work.

The best candidate will be a team player with a sense of humor who is detail-oriented, service-minded and computer savvy.

Position: Shipping/Packaging/Logistics Associate

Hours: Full Time INCLUDING weekends and some HOLIDAYS, Rotating Schedule

Start date: Immediately

Responsibilities: Shipping, packaging, logistics, warehouse and customer service duties

- Handle order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and Amazon shipping and account management

- Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to determine logistics

- Work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivaled shopping experience

- Assist with data entry and website copy

- Quickly identify and communicate issues to team

- Back-up other team members with their daily tasks when needed

- Participate in special projects and perform other duties

- Contribute positively with excellent reliability, attitude and work ethic.

- Keep an organized and clean working environment

- Follow written instructions

- Maintain high level of professionalism

Requirements:

- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Enjoy helping others and take pride in providing solutions for customers

- Naturally upbeat, positive and friendly personality

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Comfortable lifting up to fifty pounds

- Ability to focus in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

- EXTREMELY detail-oriented and precise, must have a sense of quality and productivity

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Reasonable level of computer literacy

- Willing to accept constructive criticism

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Good basic math skills and be ability to think analytically

- Comfortable working individually with little interaction with fellow employees

- Ability to multi-task

- Previous work experience preferred

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Number of Hours: 30 - 50 per week.

Schedule: Rotating Schedule. Some Saturday or Sunday hours, more hours during holiday season.

Training will be provided.
