Busy medical office is offering a Hiring Bonus for an experienced full time receptionist. Ideal candidate will be outgoing, courteous, professional and a team player.
Responsibilities include, greeting patients, answering multiline phone system, making appointments, checking patients in/out, filing, prepping charts, and other duties as assigned.
Experience: One year of reception or customer service preferred. Medical Receptionist experience a plus.

Ability to:
We are looking for a highly motivated, cheerful individual with a positive attitude and excellent telephone skills. Computer literacy a must. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance a plus.
