Retail Nursery Position available!
We are looking for a hard working team player who is both punctual and reliable, who shows up for their scheduled shift on time with a positive attitude. Must be available five days a week, including Friday-Sunday. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, load bags of soil and big heavy pottery, operate a cash register, answer phones and provide customer service.
We need somebody with stamina who isn't afraid to get their knees dirty, this is a very physical job, duties will often include weeding, potting, pruning and watering.
Experience with plants and some ability with ornamental plant identification a must, pest and disease identification also a big plus but we are willing to train the right person.
