Established family owned and operated business is seeking an experienced Sales & Fence Supervisor who will be responsible in interfacing with established and new customers to handle a variety of pre-sales or post sales functions. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities for the Liquid Waste Division in Paso Robles.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain sales from prospecting to close. Responsible for calling on all established accounts and for developing new business opportunities.
Follow up after sales to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Professionally handle incoming calls, process customer orders and contracts. Prepare quotes and send bids to customers for new jobs with follow-up as necessary.
Coordinate with Portable Restroom and Fence personnel to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries & issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Sales/Customer Service experience 2+ years.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Well organized, attention to detail, multi-task, work with a high sense of urgency and ability to learn quickly.
Experience with bids and estimating preferred.
Demonstrated high levels of quality assurance and professionalism.
Efficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Windows environment software applications.
