Successful candidate criteria:
- Positive and friendly disposition
- Organizational, communication and time management skills
- Ability to efficiently move between multiple active projects
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture preferred
- Extensive experience in construction documents and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit (must pass a basic Revit exam)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Architecture
- Proficiency in SketchUp a plus
- Rendering experience with Lumion preferred
