Niner Wine Estates is a family owned and operated winery seeking a dynamic Server to join our quickly growing family. This position will provide unparalleled customer service to all members and guests in the hospitality building.
This position reports to the Hospitality Director and Restaurant Manager with key interaction with members of the restaurant and tasting room. The normal work schedule is Thursday through Sunday for lunch service.

Job Duties:
Provide a Best in Class customer service experience
Must have a sense of urgency, and understand the sequence of service process
Ability to prepare coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages and execute specific back of the house tasks that help maintain a proper flow of service on the dining room floor
Must know how to prioritize tasks, ability to multi-task and finish tasks once started or appropriately delegate
Solid understanding of tableside service and etiquette
Set dining room tables, lay out and fold napkins, polish stem ware, plates and utensils
Set up both the outdoor and indoor tables for service
Set up the server-side stations with the appropriate items
Execute water service tableside
Clear tables and appropriately reset during service with a sense of urgency as well as an attention to details
Fill condiments and performing all other opening/closing duties on a daily basis
Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items¦etc.
Know how to mark with utensils for an upcoming course
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by front of house supervisor.
Ability to take direction well and work in a fast pace environment without transferring stress
Assisting with special events as needed.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Reports to Restaurant Manager and Hospitality Director
Qualifications and Skills:
A passion for people, cuisine, and providing exceptional hospitality
Must be available to work Thursday Sunday 10:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
Must be comfortable working in an open kitchen
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, a team player, multi-tasker and a willingness to learn and be creative.
Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Wine knowledge a plus but not required.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Experience with Vin65 a plus
