Front Desk Representative needed at the Vagabond Inn San Luis Obispo. This shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Customer Service experience required. The duties include processing guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning a room, and issuing and activating room key. Processing payments and check-outs. Answering guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Please apply in person or by email.
