The head barista has a passion for and understands the art and science of quality coffee. Responsibilities include communicating with our roasting account manager, training new baristas, creating seasonal drink specials and maintaining quality among the entire barista team. The head barista should be a team player because they are also responsible for all front of house tasks including: running food, bussing tables and doing dishes. Since this is a management position the head barista should exemplify leadership qualities. Please apply if you have barista experience and are considering a career coffee. This position is full-time.
Pay is competitive plus tips.
