The Oaks Hotel in Paso Robles is under new management. Our company is very successful and growing continuously. We are searching for the right team members in all hotel departments: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant, and Bar.
In order to be considered you must have 6 very important qualities:
1. Complete Honesty
2. Willingness to learn and grow
3. Be a team player, appreciate and respect all team members at all times.
4. Always give 100% of your very best in all you do.
5. Leave all personal drama at the door, the moment you arrive for work.
6. Be on time, and reliable.
If you do not possess all of these qualities, we may not be the company for you. If you know that ALL of the above requirements are your core values, we want you!
Experience is appreciated but not necessary, however talent and sincere desire to be in service to others are a must!
