Our busy ocean front restaurant is hiring a full time kitchen manager. Must be able to manage all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to: hiring, firing, employee relations, scheduling, ordering, managing food cost, working the line, helping in menu development, being knowledgeable of CalOSHA and food safety, be able to work 50 hours per week or more on their feet in a fast paced environment, work well with others, bi-lingual (english-spanish a plus).
Kitchen manager can expect to earn approximately $70,000 annually, however, this depends on experience and hours worked. Other benefits include 2-weeks paid vacation and company paid health insurance. This is an hourly position, not salaried.
