Host/Hostess
Niner Wine Estates is a family owned and operated winery seeking a dynamic Host/ Hostess to join our quickly growing family. This position will provide unparalleled customer service to all members and guests in the hospitality building.
This position reports to the Hospitality Director and Restaurant Manager with key interaction with members of the restaurant and tasting room. The normal work schedule is Thursday through Sunday for lunch service.

Job Duties:
- Provide Best in Class customer service.
- Enter reservations into Fare Harbor reservation software program.
- Answering questions about the menu.
- Greeting and seating our guests
- Creating a seating plan and helping to move and setting the tables to execute the plan.
- Answering the phone, checking voicemails, and confirming reservations.
- Handling complaints, questions and concerns.
- You will coordinate the early out process for the Servers, balancing the efficient management of labor with exceptional guest service.
- Warm and friendly personality will make our guests feel welcome and want to return.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A passion for people and providing exceptional hospitality
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, a team player, multi-tasker and a willingness to learn and be creative.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Wine knowledge a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Experience with Vin65 a plus
