Thomas Hill Organics restaurant is seeking a line cook for our scratch kitchen. Must have experience in a fine dining restaurant. The job includes prepping from scratch, cooking proteins to temperature, cleaning work areas, and working with kitchen equipment. Our Chef does not cut corners, we need a Line Cook who is passionate about their creations. Must have a strong desire to learn. Food handler card required. High sanitation standards required. Weekends a must.
