Outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality manager to join our team at our San Luis Obispo location. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking "Go Getter". The qualified person will have a minimum of the following:
- Experience and ability to build a great customer service team
- Must truly understand the value of great customer service and have the ability to deliver this with the team
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
- Not afraid of hard work and leads by example
- Ability hire and train the right people for desired results
- Has good knowledge of craft beer and food service
- Able to drive the business daily, weekly and monthly
- An entrepreneurial "Can Do" attitude
- Experience with scheduling employees
- Willing to put in the effort to make things happen
