Organic Cafe seeking enthusiastic employee!
Prospective employees must be available weekends with weekday availability as well, and must be able to work 32 hours a week.
In order to be considered, you must :
Have 3-5 years previous service experience (specifically in the hospitality or restaurant industry)
Have a reliable mode of transportation to and from either Cambria or Cayucos
Be comfortable being on your feet as well as moving/carrying boxes up to 50 lbs
Be engaging and display a positive attitude
Have a desire to connect with community
Feel comfortable with food preparation and cooking
Be responsible, reliable, open to share and receive honest communication from peers and management
Support/value organic food and small scale business operation
Manage food orders and work within a fast-paced environment
Maintain a positive attitude and operate from a genuine desire to create within a community environment
Be self sufficient, trustworthy, motivated, easy to work around and self-directed
You duties will include:
Taking orders
Making food
Handling POS Square system
Bussing, wiping, cleaning tables
Washing dishes
Prepping food
Opening/closing the cafe
Taking inventory
Stellar Customer Service
Event planning interest/experience is a plus
