SUMMARY: The candidate will work directly with Tasting Room Manager. The ideal candidate must love wine, be available to work weekends, holidays and special events. Position includes compensation, plus commission. Position is part time up to 29 hours per week.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a friendly, positive attitude with a love for wine
Ability to provide exceptional customer service, creating a fun, educational and memorable experience for guests
Ability to learn our history and share it, while conducting tours for large groups
Effectively sell wine club memberships
Daily tasting room cleaning and organizing
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all guests and team members
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior experience and wine knowledge desirable
Experience with computers with a POS system desirable
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 45 pounds
