A Paso Robles tradition for down-home cooking is now under new ownership and moving forward to exciting times in 2019.
All 3 positions have the strong potential of growth to full-time in the present new year.
Servers: Good experience and good references are a big plus, while entry-level persons who show quick learning ability and good customer interaction will be considered. Will become familiar with the large menu and cutting-edge, user-friendly point of sale (digital entry) system.
Fill-in cook: Train with our lead cooks to learn all aspects of fresh food preparation, acquire good habits and the skills to cope with a fast moving kitchen environment, enjoy the healthy environment of mutual respect and preparation during the slower periods.
Good Experience and References preferred, but dependable fast-learners (no bad habits)... are just as appealing to us here at Vic's.
