HASLO is seeking an experienced professional responsible for the overall management of the maintenance department to ensure that the facilities, systems and infrastructure for over 30 rental properties are maintained in a safe, decent and effective working condition.
Duties include supervising, planning and coordinating the daily assignment of maintenance and repair activities, grounds, facilities and equipment; coordinating with other departments, residents, contractors, vendors, outside agencies and the general public; providing highly responsible and complex staff development and assistance. Required to work on-call as needed, to ensure efficient operation of facilities and emergency response. Possession of a pest control license, or ability to become licensed within 6 months of the date of hire, is required.
