McGaughey Health Group is a holistic practice with a focus on functional, structural and metabolic medical arts. We are seeking a new addition to our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, is self-motivated, collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and who enjoys helping others. This position will have a variety of responsibilities that requires excellent organizational skills. Some duties include: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, coordinating services and patient/doctor traffic flow, maintaining excellent patient records and files, billing, supply ordering, etc. Training will also be provided for some therapies.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet skills are required. Billing experience is preferable but not required. Hours 8:30 to 5pm M,W,Th,Fri. Compensation $16-$20 depending on experience.
