Ragged Point Inn and Resort is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Human Resources Director.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the Human Resource functions in the Innâs continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services.
The ideal candidate will have Human Resources experience and can professionally handle sensitive and confidential information. We are seeking a person with a pro-active mindset and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
⢠Oversee recruiting, screening and selection of new employees
⢠New employee processing
⢠Benefits administration
⢠Mandatory and compliance training
⢠Complete and accurate record keeping
⢠Maintain compliance with California Employment Laws
Requirements:
⢠Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent
⢠Minimum 2 years prior HR experience
⢠Bilingual, English / Spanish preferred, but not essential
Pay is dependent upon experience and will include a daily fuel stipend. This is currently a Part Time position but may work into full time in the future.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Ragged Point is 14 miles North of Hearst Castle.
