Our non-profit client is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to start ASAP!
This is a full time position M-F and is a temp-to-hire opportunity
Job duties will include:
- General maintenance and upkeep of multiple acre ranch
- Manage, direct and mentor other maintenance employees
- Manage and coordinate with outside businesses for large maintenance projects as needed
- Minor construction, painting, electrical, landscaping and plumbing projects as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance position
- Friendly service-oriented team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous supervisor experience helpful
- Bobcat experience preferred
