Job Description
Thomsen Properties is a property management company that owns and operates 26 mobilehome and RV parks throughout California. We are currently looking for a part-time maintenance technician for our park located in Cayucos, CA. The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00/4:00 p.m. with one weekday and Saturdays off. Must be able to work Sundays.
This is not an onsite position.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional, trustworthy and reliable
Strong customer service skills, ability to community with others in a positive way.
Experienced with moving RVs
Hands-on and a critical thinker
Able to coordinate with the office and follow procedures
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Skilled in multiple trades is desired.
A driverâs license is necessary for this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Moving trailers in and out of storage
Maintaining the grounds and overall cleanliness of the park.
General cleaning of the amenities
Light repairs around the park
Weed abatement
