InjectorsDirect.com was founded by San Luis Obispo natives in 2009. We remanufacture and distribute parts for diesel fuel injection systems in Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge/Ram trucks. Our brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facility opened in 2017 right here in SLO. Job Duties
The main function of this role is to create and manage content that will be used to represent our company and brand on digital/social media platforms.
Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our products and client’s niches
Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and concepts, then capitalizing on those trends through social mediaaccounts
Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms
Develop and post content for YouTube channel
Create photo, video, and graphic content for promotional purposes
Complete product photography assignments as needed
Monitor, respond to, and engage with customers on online forums
Monitor and engage with Facebook Groups to promote InjectorsDirect.com products
Perform research into our customer’s and competitor’s markets, then produce actionable tips and advice for expandingInjectorsDirect.com’s reach in the digital space.
Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics
Help organize marketing/promotional events
Prepare presentations to communicate findings with the team
Experience Needed
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a digital media and content creation environment (specifically eCommerce). Additionally, they will possess the following skills:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Apple/Sony products
Automotive technical experience is a plus but not required.
Product and lifestyle photo and video experience
YouTube content creation experience
Facebook and Instagram marketing experience
