Marketing & Web Content – Inline Skating and Roller Derby
Purpose of the position:
Create content to be displayed across multiple platforms to help promote the goals of the company and improve the customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Inline Warehouse Directors to develop goals and KPIs
Create site content designed to accomplish goals, maintain good site health and improve the customer
experience.
Work with Digital Marketing, Buyers, Vendors and Customer Service to understand customer behavior and
identify content opportunities.
Maintain a marketing calendar to promote product launches, sales, seasonal trends and content releases.
Manage social media accounts.
Use analytical tools to assess performance of web pages, website features, marketing efforts and affiliates.
Maintain a yearly marketing budget.
Work with the Buyer’s Assistant to optimize and maintain navigation on the site.
Diversify the delivery of information by leveraging multiple mediums, including:
-Front Page Banners
-Video
-Social Media
-Google Ads Network
-Events
-Content Pages
-Forum Posts
