We are a family-owned artisan wine company producing single vineyard and estate wines. We are committed to earth-friendly wine growing, Sustainable viticulture and crafting world-class wines. The Allegretto Wine Tasting room is located in the remarkably beautiful Allegretto Vineyard Resort.
The Marketing Coordinator assists in strategizing the overall marketing plan of the company. This may include website creation, event marketing, direct marketing, or media management, provide creative materials during content development and help with data verification and advertising.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates must be able to work respectfully within a diverse team, work weekends, have some wine knowledge and industry experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work occasional extended hours during events.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1) Previous wine industry experience preferred
3) Experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related field required
4) Tasting presentations require long periods of time standing and speaking to customers
5) Sales experience with a proven ability in closing and up selling
6) Polished customer service skills and sound judgment
7) Extraordinary attention to detail
8) Team player with a professional attitude and positive disposition
9) Wine knowledge with strong interest in continuous wine education
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1) Manage Social Media platforms
2) Develop and Manage editorial Calendar
3) Affiliate Marketing
4) Generate reports on trends and digital marketing success
5) Manage and Design Website
6) Create Marketing Material- Physical and Digital
7) Implement and Manage marketing and advertising campaigns
8) Manage and engage with Company memberships
9) Research and schedule competition entries
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1) Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift and move 50 pounds
2) Must be at least 21 years old
