We are a highly productive local real estate agency. We have been in SLO for nearly 30 years. We are looking for the right person to lead and manage our marketing activities. The right person is someone who subscribes to the core values of our company. We are team players, we put our clients interests before our own, and we work hard to get great results.
The job duties:
-Create and Monitor all social media platforms
-Enhance social media presence
-Record and edit bi-monthly video
-Create photo, video and graphic content for promotional opportunities
-Photo and video all newly listed properties and assist listing manager in the listing process
-Manage company website
-Manage direct mail and direct email programs
-Coordinate customer and team events
-Manage all advertising relationships

A retirement plan is offered after one year of service time. A real estate license and marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
