We are looking to hire a skilled seamstress that can sew up samples for our fabric line. You will be sewing children's and adult garments in both woven and knits. Some projects would also include sewing together quilt tops in which we can outsource for quilting, however bonus if you are a quilter as well! Looking for a well rounded sewist, who is flexible, creative, and eager to help. Must know a great deal of professional sewing methods.
We have many supplies already stocked in our location, including a Bernina sewing machine and Baby Lock serger. We need someone to work in house 2-3 days a week, with the opportunity for full time position to help with other projects as needed. The days would be week days, however the exact days during the week can be flexible.
Would be willing to pay more for someone who can create/grade patterns.
