Seeking qualified candidate for full time position to assist in all functions of the day to day program needs of foster youth boys between the ages of 12-17. This is a residential setting for youth with job duties that include but are not limited to: Waking up residents, meals, recreations off site, and school needs. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, or possibly overnight when needed.
Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and flexible. Candidate must have a clean DMV record, be over the age of 21, and MUST have at least one full year of working with youth (volunteer or employment, coaching is acceptable). Only serious, qualified candidates will be considered. The hourly pay will be determined based on experience. After completing the probationary period, benefits as well as a simple IRA is offered.
